Anderson Hills Homeowners Association is located in the far southwest section of Albuquerque and is comprised of four separate neighborhoods:


Mesa @Anderson Hills, Highlands @ Anderson Hills, Meadows @ Anderson Hills and Blossom Ridge @ Anderson Hills


Each has its own distinctive personality and style as designed by each builder. All have an expansive, lush, family-friendly park where families and pets are always welcome. Enjoy an evening walk in the neighborhood on the pedestrian walkways or venture out to the walking trail that surrounds the entire Anderson Hills Homeowners Association.
This vast Homeowners Association can be reached from Dennis Chavez, 98th Street or Unser Boulevard. Each beautifully landscaped avenue such as Rio Clara, Anderson Hills Boulevard and Rio Rojo will guide you to each distinctive neighborhood.
